  • What is your return policy?

Free Returns are entertained only on damaged or wrong product. For any other reason, we charge our expenses for shipping, payment collection and packing.

 

  • What should I do if the product is damaged/wrong product?

We carry out 3 stages of inspection after receiving the order, however, if damaged/wrong product can be proved through pictures, then we take decision on case to case basis.

 

  • I am not happy with the product. How do I return it?

In case you are not happy with the product, we will accept returns requests within 3 days of delivery. However, the two way shipping charges (i.e. to and fro shipping) will be applicable and is to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges will be decided as per the customer's location and courier charges charged by our courier partners. Replacement  or refund will be processed only once the product is received back by us in safe and original condition.

  • What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be made in the same mode and in the same account through which the payment has been done and in case of Cash on Delivery, we would give you store credits of equal amount. Following are the possible cases:
- In case of Cancellation of the product, if you have already paid for the product, a refund will be generated within 48 hours and will be credited in the same account through which the payment has been done.
- In case of Return of product, if the mode of payment is Cash on Delivery you will receive your store credits within 48 hours after we receive the product in the specified condition.
-In case of Return of product, if you have already paid for the product, a refund will be generated within 48 hours and will be credited in the same account through which the payment has been made after we receive the product in the specified condition.

Note: Your bank may take 4-7 working days to credit the refund amount back in your account but the amount will surely be refunded from our side within the said time


Condition for Store Credits
Store Credit has a validity of a lifetime but it should be utilized in one go and should be consumed in one order.

  • What if the size does not fit?

You can order a replacement or seek refund subject to return and refund policy however the reverse shipping charges are to be borne by you. We suggest you to refer our size guide before placing the order to avoid such a situation.
